Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING
- Orders are processed and ready to ship within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed.
- You'll receive an email notification confirming your order. If you don't receive a notification, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@onsetandrime.ca.
- If you have an issue with your order or would like to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. We're unable to make order changes after the order has shipped
- If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us to request cancellation within 2 hours of submitting the order.
SHIPPING
- We offer free shipping Canada-wide on orders over $90. We do not offer US or International shipping at this time.
- All orders are shipped from Kitchener ON. See the chosen shipping provider's website for current delivery standards. General estimates are 1-7 business days, depending on where in Canada you're located.
- You'll receive an email notification when your order has shipped, including a tracking number.
- We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please see our Return Policy for full details.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@onsetandrime.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
